Day One: This morning we take in a couple of the highlights of the unique town, before heading north across the Tropic of Capricorn and then onto the longest short cut in Australia, the Tanami Road connecting Alice Springs with Halls Creek. (Tilmouth Well - Motel Room) 

Day Two: As we travel the Tanami Road we travel through miles and miles of nothing, . . . .with so much to see. Wildlife, if we are lucky herds of wild camel, huge wedge tail eagles, dingos . . . . Magnificent desert sunsets, spectacular wetlands, birdlife. Tonight we stay in our unique bush lodge where you will take the time to stare in wonder at the sky above as it fills with a million stars like you have never seen before. (Balgo Mission)

Day Three: Wolfe Creek Crater is the third largest meteorite crater on earth and today you have the opportunity to visit. Then we return briefly to civilization as we reach Halls Creek. (Bungle Bungle Station Stay - Ensuited Tent)

Day Four: This experience is one to tick off your bucket list with a full day spent in Purnululu National Park, also known as the Bungle Bungle. Our first stop is Cathedral Gorge, the beehive domes, Piccaninny Lookout and then Echidna Chasm. (Bungle Bungle Station Stay - Ensuited Safari Tent)

Day Five: Today we visit one of Western Australia’s oldest towns, Wyndham where we drive to the top of the Bastion Range to view the 5 major rivers of the East Kimberley as they make their way into the Cambridge Gulf. (Ivanhoe Village - Ensuited Cabin)

Day Six: Kununurra was born as part of the Ord Irrigation Scheme in the 1960’s. Today we explore the integral parts of this, Lake Kununurra, the Ord River and Lake Argyle as we cruise, swim and enjoy a unique sunset on Kimberley Cat. (Ivanhoe Village - Ensuited Cabin.)

Day Seven: Enjoy a free day in Kununurra (own expense) ticking off your personal bucket list. You may choose to wander around our galleries and diamond shops, take a Barramundi fishing Charter, fly the Kimberley Coast with lunch in a remote location or fly into Mitchell Falls. Day Eight: Cross the iconic Ivanhoe Crossing, featured in the movie Australia before taking a scenic drive past House Roof Hill, and marvel at the beautiful, but always unique boab trees before spending some quiet time bird watching from the banks of a billabong before crossing the iconic Pentecost River. (Home Valley Station - Guest Room)

Day Nine: Today it’s out onto the Gibb River Road visiting Zebedee Springs and Emma Gorge . (Home Valley Station - Guest Room)

Day Ten: Today we are onto the remote Gibb River Road with its creek crossings and remote gorges. Today is a day of walking, swimming and exploring. (Imintji Camp -Ensuited Safari Tents)

Day Eleven: We have plenty of time today to explore the iconic Bell Gorge. This morning we will relax in the magical waters of the Kimberley before we head to the heart of the Kimberley. (Mt Hart Homestead - Ensuited Safari Tent)

Day Twelve: Today we can hike and swim some more, in the gorges and waterholes of the King Leopold Ranges around Mt Hart Homestead. (Mt Hart Homestead - Ensuited Safari Tent)

Day Thirteen: We continue through the King Leopold Ranges and Napier Range to Windjana Gorge and enjoy an easy walk with its impressive limestone cliffs and abundant wildlife. Next we stop at the amazing Tunnel Creek where we wade through the dark 800 metre long tunnel. Tonight we are beside the mighty Fitzroy River. (Fitzroy Crossing - Ensuited Safari Tent)

Day Fourteen: We start the day with a cruise through Geikie Gorge before heading to the town of Derby. We visit the prison tree, Myall’s Bore and the Boab lined main street. We then drive to the historic pearling town of Broome and take you on a town tour to see old China Town with the Sun Picture Gardens and many pearl shops. You will be dropped off at your accommodation
